Singer Fergie Opens up About Her STRUGGLE WITH Crystal Meth, Hallucinations

Crystal methamphetamine, a highly addictive party drug, may cause hallucinations. Fergie recounted her journey through crystal meth addiction and recovery in a recently available interview to iNews.

The 42-year-old singer, who recently separated from her actor husband Josh Duhamel, is currently a devoted mother with their son Axl Jack Duhamel. She has also come up with her first studio album in a decade and busy using its promotions.

Fergie was lucky. She was also prepared to make amends. The realization soon dawned that she’d end up in an institution if she had not been careful enough. “Many therapy, soul-searching, and discovering why I took the drugs in the first place” helped Fergie take charge of her life. Unlike other people who are intermittently on and off drugs, she was on drugs only for per year. The singer with eight Grammys under her belt admits to an obsession with boiled sweets since it sustains her on her behalf journey to sobriety.

Most people who indulge in meth start young, often in their early 20s, without realizing what dangers they’re putting their life into.
